PERSONAL TRAINING

As well as specialising in mobility, movement and recovery for sports professionals, Richard is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and GP Referral Specialist. 

He helps clients achieve fitness and health targets, holding them accountable and supporting and motivating them to achieve their training goals. 

 

As your coach Richard will identify your fitness goals, assess your mobility, movement efficiency and lifting competency. Tailoring a specific personalised training programme to suit your needs and abilities, he will work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals, to optimise overall health and performance.

 

  • PT sessions can include:

  • Mobility & Movement 

  • Pilates & Back Management 

  • Strength & Conditioning 

  • GP Exercise Referral Specialist 

  • Sports specific conditioning  

  • Pilates 

  • Recovery 

  • General Fitness

  • Pre/post match prep and recovery

 

Sessions normally last 45-60 minutes and can be at a venue of your choice. Richard helps you build confidence , self esteem and ensure workouts are varied and fun. With over 20 years experience in coaching you’ll be in very safe and capable hands.
